Vaginal discharge is a sign of pregnancy?

is vaginal discharge a sign of pregnancy, i m married and had sex last week, currently i m suffering from viral fever, and after one week after the intercourse i got a vaginal discharge, is it due to fever or a sign of pregnancy. i have PCOs, so i get irregular periods
