HELP PLEASE!!!! /: I NEED IT RIGHT AWAY!?

My best friend is sick..... he has a cough, a kinda sore throat, he was dizzy this morning, has a fever, and managed to over heat himself! what can i tell him to do to make himself better??? i really wanna help him :( hes helpless.....any help is appreciated! thank you, please respond soon!
