Help! Sick with a cough and fever?

I'm an 18 year old female. I have been sick for the past 3 days. First day it was just not feeling good, a hoarse voice, and a sore throat. By yesterday I had a bad cough and a fever of 100.5. My temperature is usually a bit low so whenever I get sick my temp never gets above 100. So, this would be the first time in like 10 years or more I've had this high of a fever. Sore throat has gone away by now a bit. Today my fever in the morning was up to 101...within an hour and after had taking tylenol my fever was up to 102.6. My cough is producing green and grey mucus. I am a non smoker. What does this sound like to you? I have chills and just am very uncomfortable. Especially because I am not used to this high of a temperature. Please help!
