I'm in college with a 2.4 GPA and would like to raise it to a 3.0 for scholarships. How long would it take?

I transferred with a 3.0 however my university let me start with a clean slate. I didn't do my best after moving out of state and adjusting on my own with my fibromyalgia, lupus, and RA. From now on though I am committed to try my hardest to raise it back up. How long would it take if I get A's, B's, or a combo of the two?
