Ovarian cyst symptoms? Please help?

on friday i woke up to stomach flu like symptoms: throwing up, diarrhea, body aches, stomach cramps, & a high fever. also i would feel really weak & dizzy like passing out. these symptoms lasted until tuesday. last night i started my period & im now experiencing REALLY bad cramps. last november i found out i had an ovarian cyst in my left ovary & even then i had diarrhea & a fever & really bad cramps. im 16. & i just wanna know, is there anyone else who experiences the stomach flu like symptoms before there period, is it because of my ovarian cyst? & also what can i do to help these bad cramps? i've been prescribed vicodin but its too strong & i end up throwing up. please help. this is extremely painful.
