What are good activities for college residents?

As an upcoming Resident Assistant (RA), I must come up with 3 activities for freshman residents. I have some ideas that are original and some that need work. I would like suggestions from others to see their thoughts as well as see what they may have liked as a college freshman or RA. Thank you.
