I would stay home with anything over 99 degrees. You will be in the hot sun and it might not be very much fun for the sick kid. Also he could take a turn for the worse very quickly and you would have to just turn around and head back home anyways. Just wait until the next day and if hes better then go, if he gets sicker you know it was the right thing to stay home
