Where is FITJEE, IIT entrance coaching centres in Chennai?

Centres at Mylapore, Adayar, RA Puram, Royapettach, Alwarpet etc. Can 9th std boy (CBSE) join the entrance course? what would be the fees per year? Is Aeronautics or Aerospace Engg available in IIT?
