Please help! Pulse in ear, also sick for a month ?

I've been sick with a nasty cough stuffy noise drowsy-ness dizzy sort of thing for about three weeks. I started deeply pressure in my ears and when j lay down I can kinda hear my heart beat I have no fever or my ears don't hurt either. I have had this "cold" for a long time. Any help of what it could be??
